Load Cell Amplifier

Developed a non-inverting amplifier to scale load cell mV/V signals. Achieved a gain of 134.1 ± 0.6 V/V, allowing for 0-5V operation suitable for common microcontrollers over tension and compression ranges. Automated gain analysis using an Analog Discovery script.

DAQ Input Protection Module

Designed a PCB module to limit input voltage to 0-5V, preventing overvoltage or undervoltage conditions in data acquisition units. Implemented reverse-biased diodes to protect against voltage spikes.

Static Engine Test Control System

Created a deterministic, peer-to-peer ground control system for filling and starting a hybrid rocket engine. Controlled multiple valves and an igniter using CAN Bus communication between the control panel and actuator system. Integrated Modbus TCP for compatibility with Ignition SCADA systems.
